CALL Link ™ Screen Pop software from ConverTec is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool that facilitates a dramatic reduction in the time and cost of business Transactions.
CALL Link ™ automates both incoming and outbound calls. When an incoming call is answered, CALL Link ™ uses the caller's telephone number to search a database. The caller's information is then instantly displayed, or "popped", onto the computer screen. The caller can then be greeted by name. Examples of screen pop information can be; details of previous orders, account balances, delivery dates, backordered items, last tee-off time, and much more.
CALL Link provides a TAPI Service Provider that enables any TAPI compatible application to access the Norstar switch resources and place an outbound call through a user’s Norstar telephone.
